Since joining Anywhere in 2017 as a senior strategy manager, Salama, 30, has held several positions of increasing responsibility. In her current role, which she’s held since 2022, Salama is responsible for the expansion of Anywhere’s title and mortgage joint ventures. After earning a BA in government from Cornell University, Salama worked in management consulting and corporate venture capital. Her case studies on game theory and disruption have been taught at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
