Patrick Frasier is president of West Coast Title and Escrow Companies within the Anywhere Integrated Services family of companies, overseeing the success and growth of the business units throughout the state.
With more than two decades of experience in sales, marketing and product development, Patrick also provides expertise in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, as well as recruiting and training high-impact teams.
Prior to joining the company, Patrick held an executive-level position at a major jeweler retailer where he was responsible for about 100 store operations across the globe in marketing, inventory and product development. His perseverance and proficiency in achieving exceptional results.
Bill Bergschneider
Washington VP, Upward Title & Closing
Bill Bergschneider is Regional Vice President for Upward Title & Closing in Washington state and is responsible for Upward operations in the Pacific Northwest.
Bill is a seasoned title and escrow industry professional, with a career spanning more than 40 years. He started as a Title Officer in the field in 1986, and progressed through several leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer of Rainier Title.
Throughout his career, Bill has consistently demonstrated a relationship-based approach and fostered a tech-forward mindset, driving productivity and growth on his teams and establishing himself as a prominent figure in the industry.
Bill studied Business at UCLA and at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, California, and has served as a board member for the Italian American Museum of Los Angeles for the past five years.
